The most cherished part of our work is getting to dream with our clients, knowing we will be able to bring even their furthest wonderings to life, while also amusing and astounding along the way with our own ideas and enhancements. OUR FOUNDER/CEO

Yale Fishman, Founder and President of Hamptons Luxury Estates, has built a legacy of developing profoundly spectacular homes that embody the essence of classic Hamptons architecture and design, invite elegant living, and offer the most state-of-the-art modern amenities and technological advancements, all in the most coveted neighborhoods of the Hamptons. Yale consistently surprises and delights his clients around every corner with intuitive and innovative attention-to-detail and commitment to designing for paramount levels of comfort and convenience. Prior to developing, Yale had a long, decorated practice in law marked by several outstanding achievements in business. Yale’s public persona and the demand for his homes picked up speed with his multi-episode feature in Netflix’ Million Dollar Listing, Summer 2020.

After building and selling his first mega luxury home in Southampton, he continued expanding to Watermill, Sag Harbor, and beyond. Yale finds ongoing inspiration in his goal of creating warm and inviting homes for families, built on remarkable plots of land with backdrops of breathtaking ocean views and expansive farmland that inspires and uplifts the spirit and makes the days and nights unforgettable. Starting with a framework classic to the Hamptons heritage, and adding state-of-the-art enhancements, the finished product is always a beautiful home built for generations.

Alexander Gorlin Architects is an award-winning design firm that embraces a diverse range of clients for whom we apply the same degree of design excellence. Their firm is renowned for its ability to create comfortable, welcoming spaces with a Modernist aesthetic.

Their practice is founded on the belief that excellent design should be applied to all realms of society. To that end, they have applied our creativity and expertise to housing across the social spectrum, as well as to schools, religious institutions, and commercial buildings. They believe in rigorous analysis, synthesis and creativity at every level. Their designs are clean, modern, sophisticated and fun. Clients can expect thorough research, intensive design development, and responsive solutions to their needs.

Their work has received numerous accolades, including multiple Design Excellence Awards from the American Institute of Architects, and has been published in Architectural Digest, Architectural Record, the New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. McDonough & Conroy Architects P.C.

For 15 years, McDonough & Conroy Architects have been designing high end residences in one of the most prestigious marketplaces in the country – Long Island, New York’s East End. With a broad range of styles, proficiency in green building techniques and efficient energy production, McDonough & Conroy offers quality architecture, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

OUR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Franklin Campoverde

Frank began his contracting career at a framing company in the Hamptons. After five years of experience in all phases of framing and construction, he started working for Hamptons Carpentry Management (HCM) in 2004, a company that mainly focused on exterior and interior trim finishes for lavish homes. Franklin worked for there for six years where he learned and mastered the craft of finish carpentry, at one point moving up to supervisor, and was responsible for communicating with the owner of HCM, architects, and ordering material.

In 2007 Franklin launched his own carpentry business, Campoverde Carpentry Corp. He began doing small renovations, introducing himself to local already established companies. In 2010 he began his biggest project now called Rose Manor House for Simon Rose CEO of Dahlman Rose & Co. Franklin did a complete renovation of the interior and exterior trim, framing, decks, cabinetry, and an addition of an eight-car garage, with an upstairs office. This job helped open doors for Franklin, leading him to work with major local construction companies, and architecture firms like Fleetwood & Mcmullan, Laffey John P. Architects, and Mcdonough & Conroy Architects. He joined Hamptons Luxury Estates in 2014 and in 2016 he had the pleasure of working with Frank Bodenchak on the 2016 Hamptons Show House.
