Invest in your home with décor trends and must-have amenities.
Here’s what my buyers are looking for these days. Fresh, clean, uncluttered spaces. A lighter décor and paint color palette often allow for light to more easily reflect on interiors. Red light therapy panels, cold plunge tubs, covered indoor/outdoor spaces including kitchens.
Summer boating tips (charter service, catering, captain, activity, destination, etc.)
Some great opportunities for getting out on the water is here. Yacht Kelpie with captain Shannon is an amazing experience. Tait Yachts out of Sag Harbor, Yacht Hampton and Joe Ialacci will certainly hook you up with the right sized vessel large and small. Finally, my favorite BARTON and GRAY. There are so many bays, coves, ports to explore along the north and south shores of the Peconic Bays, Shelter Island Sound and Gardiners Bay.
Fun with kids—places and experiences to enrich and entertain kids from tots to teens.
There is so much to do outdoors and while here, make the most of that time. Experiences that will be life changing for your family. Beaches, bays, tidal pools, the nature reserves. Scallop Pond, Peconic Bay. Kayaking into the estuaries. Black, starlit nights laying down on a blanket in your back yard or on the beach searching for constellations, watching airplanes travel east to Europe and others coming in out of the north returning to JFK. “I wonder where they have been and the experience they had”. Bonfires, marshmallows, a firepit grilling some fresh caught crabs…. It’s all here. Don’t waste it sitting indoors.
